1. Cost
FREE shipping on all orders by regular international mail worldwide fully
insured.
(Except 10th- 24th December 2018, see details below).
Christmas Shipping
From 10th - 24th December 2018 Fedex is the only Pre-Christmas delivery
shipping option available at a cost is $19.99 (US) for orders under $150.00
(US) shipped to USA, Canada and EU countries. For orders over $150.00 (US)
Fedex is FREE. Please E-mail us for quotes to other countries.
2. NO sales taxes, NO custom fee's
There are NO sales taxes or custom fee's for the customer worldwide. We take
care of all applicable sales taxes and custom fee's in advance.
3. Delivery times by regular international mail (approx) from order date:
Ireland & UK 25 days
EU Countries 28 days
USA & Canada 30 days
Australia & New Zealand 35 days
There is no tracking information available with regular international mail.
4. Returns
A 90 day money back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs) for all orders
returned (excluding custom specials) in original condition within 90 days of
receipt. We also offer a free ring size exchange within 90 days of receipt of
order. We will not refund more than the original cost charged of the order
under any circumstances. This is addition to your statutory rights. When
returning goods please mail them to our mailing address below enclosing a note or printed E-mail about the return details, including the original customers name.
