Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We ship worldwide and deliver to customers in virtually every country. No matter where you are, we’ll do our very best to deliver your order safely and securely.

No. There are no sales taxes or customs fees payable by our customers worldwide. We take care of all applicable sales taxes and customs charges in advance, so there are no unexpected fees when your order arrives.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on every order.

Because most of our jewellery is individually handcrafted and hallmarked in Ireland, delivery generally takes approximately 20–30 days from the date your order is placed.

Most of our jewellery is handcrafted to order before being officially hallmarked at the Dublin Assay Office.

This process typically takes around 20 days from the date your order is placed before it is ready to ship.

Once dispatched, most orders delivered by regular international mail arrive within approximately 7–10 days, depending on your location.

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders worldwide.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for either an exchange or a full refund within 90 calendar days of delivery. After 90 days, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.

  • Must show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Must be returned within 90 calendar days of delivery.
  • Must not be a special order or custom-made item.
  • Some products may have different return conditions where specifically stated.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Qualifying items will receive either a full refund or store credit.

Yes. Please contact our customer support team before returning any item.

We’ll provide the correct return instructions to ensure your return is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us safely.

Yes. We offer one FREE ring size exchange within 90 days of delivery.

Account

Your Account

Click My Account at the top of our website and register using your email address.

Simply follow the prompts to complete your account setup. Your information is never sold to third parties and is kept completely private.

Simply log into your My Account area where you can update your personal information, addresses and account details.

Visit the My Account page and click Lost your password?.

We’ll send you an email with instructions to securely reset your password.

Payments

Payments & Billing

No. We take care of all applicable sales taxes and customs charges in advance, so there are no additional taxes or customs fees for our customers.

We recommend contacting your credit card provider or trying another payment card.

Sometimes a “Do Not Honour” response is returned because the transaction doesn’t match your normal purchasing profile. For example, you may not have previously made a purchase from an Irish company.

These situations are usually easy to resolve. Simply contact your card issuer and let them know you are expecting a charge from Claddagh Store so they can pre-authorise the transaction before you try again.
