90 Day Money Back Guarantee
We proudly offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all eligible purchases returned within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition and must not be custom-made or specially commissioned pieces.
Your refund includes the original purchase price and the original shipping charges paid by Claddagh Store. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will never exceed the original amount paid for the order.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Free Ring Size Exchange
If your new Claddagh ring isn’t quite the perfect fit, we’ll happily provide one free ring size exchange within 90 days of receiving your order. Simply return the ring in its original condition together with your original customer name or invoice number and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions.

• Items returned outside the 90-day return period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Eligible items that were damaged during shipment or incorrectly supplied by Claddagh Store will qualify for either a full refund, replacement or store credit following review.
Refund Inspection
All returned jewellery is carefully inspected once it arrives back at Claddagh Store. Refunds and exchanges are processed once we have confirmed that the returned item satisfies our returns policy.
Refunds will never exceed the original amount paid for the order.
